YOGA FOR WELLBEING

Are you or your organisation looking to enhance your wellbeing? Are you looking for effective practices to take care of your mental and physical health?

I offer personalised yoga and breath work sessions for individual and groups. I blend a gentle approach to Ashtanga yoga, together with classical pranayama breath work to support overall well-being.

I have had the honor of studying with Dr Paul Dallaghan, O.P Sri Tiwari and Sri Sharath Jois. ​ Modern research led by my teacher Dr Paul Dallaghan into the impact of yoga and breath work are generating evidence based results that these practices can significantly contribute towards reducing stress and increasing longevity. ​
